Psych), a psychologist, executive coach and one of Finland’s most inspiring voices in emotional intelligence and psychological wellbeing explores how coaches can become great leaders by integrating two skills: attunement and assertiveness.

In this class, she explores how to not only understand these qualities, but embody them. Assertiveness emerges from a grounded relationship with anger, the energy that allows us to set boundaries, take direction, and lead with clarity. Attunement grows from our ability to stay connected to our more vulnerable emotions that open us to empathy, sensitivity, and genuine human connection.
